Do you offer online counselling as well as in person?
Yes. I offer in-person counselling across Staffordshire and Derbyshire, secure online sessions, and telephone counselling. A free 15-minute initial consultation is available by telephone or online.
Where do you see clients?
I see clients in Barton Under Needwood, Burton on Trent, Lichfield, and the wider Staffordshire and Derbyshire area, as well as online.
Do you work with endometriosis and menopause?
I have a particular interest in women’s wellbeing, including the emotional impact of endometriosis, chronic pain, and menopause. Counselling is not a replacement for medical care. Please speak with your GP, and Endometriosis UK can also offer information and support.
Are you a BACP registered counsellor?
Yes. I am a BACP-registered counsellor. My approach is person-centred and integrative.
What are your fees?
Adults (19+) are £55 for a 50-minute session. Ages 12–18 are £40. There is a free 15-minute initial consultation (telephone or online). Full details are on the fees page.
Who do you work with?
I work with adults and young people. People often come for support with anxiety, stress, low mood, grief, relationships, life transitions, and women’s wellbeing.

Is counselling a replacement for medical care for endometriosis?
No. I offer emotional support only. Counselling is not diagnosis, treatment, or a cure for endometriosis. For medical care, please contact your GP. Endometriosis UK’s helpline is 0808 808 2227.
