Endometriosis counselling
I am a BACP-registered person-centred and integrative counsellor with a particular interest in the emotional impact of endometriosis and chronic pain, menopause, and women’s wellbeing. Sessions are available in person across Staffordshire and Derbyshire, and online.
What counselling can support
Living with endometriosis and chronic pain can affect mood, relationships, work, and a sense of self. Counselling can offer a confidential space to talk about those emotional and practical impacts, at your own pace.
What counselling cannot do
Counselling is not a diagnosis, treatment, or cure for endometriosis. It does not replace medical care, specialist gynaecology, or pain management from your healthcare team.

For medical advice, please speak with your GP. Endometriosis UK provides information and a helpline on 0808 808 2227.
Some people also look for specialist endometriosis centres, including those listed by organisations such as the British Society for Gynaecological Endoscopy (BSGE). I am not affiliated with Endometriosis UK or the BSGE, and listing these resources is not an endorsement or a claim of partnership.
Fees and formats
Sessions last 50 minutes. Adults (19+): £55. Ages 12–18: £40. A free 15-minute initial consultation is available by telephone or online. Full details are on the fees page.
Counselling is offered in person across Staffordshire and Derbyshire (including Barton Under Needwood, Burton on Trent and Lichfield), online, and by telephone.

Are you affiliated with Endometriosis UK or a specialist clinic?
No. I do not claim affiliation or endorsement from Endometriosis UK, the British Society for Gynaecological Endoscopy (BSGE), or any NHS specialist service. These organisations are signposted so you can find medical information and support.
